1707 As the Perfumery department continued to expand and our reputation grew, we felt that 2007 was a perfect time to introduce Fortnum’s own fragrance collection in celebration of our 300 years.

Our exclusive fragrance collection, 1707, is expertly crafted by Artisan Perfumers in Grasse exclusively for Fortnum & Mason. This range celebrates the enduring art of making a grand entrance.

We’ve reimagined each fragrance with a beautiful new packaging design that references the iconic entrance of our flagship store in Piccadilly, complete with our signature Eau de Nil colour and embossed gold foiling.

Named in honour of our inaugural year, the 1707 range includes four exquisite fragrances (Noir, Lilas, Or and Topaze) Fortnum’s 1707 Rouge Special Edition Eau de Parfum . launched in July 2025, is the latest addition to this collection.

F&M 1707 Rouge is a captivating unisex eau de parfum. Floral and woody in character, this special edition scent combines rose, orange blossom and apricot with narcissus, oud and patchouli, resting on a base of sandalwood, ambergris and musk. A sensuous signature for him or her.
