THE ALCHEMIST’S GARDEN: A QUEST FOR QUINTESSENCE – Osmanthus Nectar

Three new scents–Vanilla Firenze, Fiori di Neroli, and Osmanthus Nectar–join The Alchemist’s Garden collection. These scents embody the essence of this alchemical legacy. To create them, Gucci’s perfumers treated four flowers–Italian Orris, Damascena Rose, Neroli, and Osmanthus–in four different ways.

The new Osmanthus Nectar Eau de Parfum is a fragrance that awakens the senses–from taste to smell–by evoking the familiar, delectable aroma of the Osmanthus flower. Perfumer Natalie Lorson set out to reveal the essence of the Osmanthus, highlighting its own apricot-like notes through an innovative technique that bridges the worlds of flavor and fragrance. By translating the taste of apricot into scent, she brings the fruity facets of the Osmanthus flower to life in a unique way.
