A few years ago, Jo and her husband Gary decided to move to Dubai to find a new adventure. One evening, as they sat watching the sun go down on the beach, Pomelo raised her voice, but this time singing a very different melody, telling Jo her story about a Dubai adventure. From spice markets to desert sands, from beach picnics to sundowners in the hammocks, this amazing memory, with lingering notes of vetiver, patchouli, and oud, washed over Jo like the waves in the golden sand.
